sls was tasked with developing a campus front door use and circulation analysis and plan to incorporate the closing of the main highway in front of the Campus, by TxDOT. The ability to encompass new land use allows the El Paso Campus the ability to provide a more secure drop off and bus route area for students and visitors to use, along with a new ‘front door’ gateway entry identity.
