Description
Typical 5th and 6th floor renovations of a 12-story high rise built in 1962. Floor designs included for multiple tenant-suite layouts and development of five interior finish out schemes for prospective clients to choose from. Renovations included compliance to high-rise code standards, fire sprinkler/alarm systems, new elevators, emergency generator and MPE systems. The facility provides smart building technology which includes security card only access to the parking garage, to the elevators and to the floor in which the tenant has an office.
