Description
LCU has a successful reputation of a highly winning baseball program. In light of their recent NAIA World Series victory and to commemorate their years of success and winning, a design study was conducted to examine how the stadium and field could be renovated. The timeless ‘brick yard’ style long associated with America’s Pastime felt like a natural step alludes to LCU’s many years of prominence in the sport. Stadium seating with a fabric canopy was designed sitting over a long colonnade to house concession and memorabilia sales. VIP seating is situated right along the field next to the players dugout treating hardcore fans to an up-close and personal experience.
