Description
New facility entry and renovation of tower lobby includes elevator cab renovation, new security/information desk, and building directory. Granite flooring and wood panel walls create a concierge-corporate environment. A stainless steel water feature at the information desk helps to soften the harsh ambient environmental noise. Renovations included compliance to high-rise code standards, fire sprinkler/alarm systems, new elevators, emergency generator and MPE systems. The facility provides smart building technology which includes security card only access to the parking garage, to the elevators and to the floor in which the tenant has an office.
