This project was the design of 5 duplexes that would serve as temporary, transitional housing for someone in the homeless community being operated by Carpenter's Church. The goal of this project is for Carpenter's Church to provide stability and shelter for someone as they look for a job and complete a program designed by the Church to help them transition into independent living. The 5 duplexes are five neighboring plots, so the design had to be cohesive while giving each duplex some individuality. Each unit in the duplex is one bedroom, and one bathroom with a living area and kitchen.
